Job Description

Arizona Tile is seeking Accounts Receivable Specialist to work in our beautiful Anaheim office, located off Katella and Lewis. The right person will work with the Credit Manager as part of a 3-person team to maximize the Company’s sales and profitability through timely, accurate and courteous handling of Customer credit accounts.

Job Requirements:

* Conduct collections timely and work with collections agencies and/or attorneys.
* In-put receivable daily, including data entry and reconciliation of data to ensure the accuracy of all payments. Balance daily cash drawer closings.
* Processing new Credit Applications and maintain Job Accounts.
* Maintain preliminary filings and communicate with Sales Department.
* Produce timely and accurate "end of month" reports. Support the department with management of excel databases.
* Maintaining documentation of all correspondence.
* Provide a high level of customer service, in a positive manner, when responding to questions and requests.


* 3-5 years of credit and Accounting Experience and have a working understanding of accounting principles.
* High-level of accuracy with strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
* Understand construction credit, with prior experience preferred.
* Proficient to advanced computer skills working within Windows environment, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
* High-degree of dependability. Able to work without close supervision, responds to management direction, takes responsibility for own actions and keeps commitments.
* Exhibits professionalism. Willingness to collaborate with team members and support them by successfully executing their job responsibilities with the goal of advancing the team’s effectiveness. Reacts well under pressure. Treats others with respect and consideration. Steady personality.
