Arizona Tile is opening a new location in Tukwila. We are seeking an experienced Branch Assistant Manager who is responsible for assisting the Branch Manager and/or General Manager in the overall operation of the branch in accordance with Company policies and procedures to insure the highest level of customer satisfaction and employee growth and development, while achieving maximum profitability.

Job Requirements:

* 1+ years of management/supervisory experience.
* Ability to motivate staff and provide exceptional leadership.
* Superb verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Windows.
* Intermediate accounting and inventory skills
* Strong attention to detail with high concern for data accuracy.
* Time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
* Flexibility to work Saturdays
