We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager who will be responsible for managing the overall operation of the Company’s Boise, Idaho Branch. This includes, but is not limited to, managing the compliance of the Company’s policies and procedures, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, employee growth and development, and achieving maximum profitability.

Job Requirements:

* 5+ years of management/supervisory experience in the same or similar industry is highly preferred.
* Ability to motivate staff and provide exceptional leadership.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills.
* Superb verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Windows.
* Accounting and inventory skills.
* Strong attention to detail with high concern for data accuracy.
* Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
* Flexibility to work Saturdays.

Expectations:

* * Provides guidance and expertise in the daily operations of branch with a commitment to Arizona Tile’s safety policies and procedures.
* Ensures that while interacting with customers, on their own and through employee interaction, they are provided the best overall buying experience while at the branch.
* Ability to Analyze situations, identify problems, and evaluate courses of action.
* Oversees the retail and wholesale sales activities within the branch to ensure the branch achieves or exceeds key performance indicators, client satisfaction, and the expansion of business relationships.
* Provides effective leadership, mentoring and supervision of staff to maximize optimum sales/service performance, while providing motivation to promote teamwork and interdepartmental cooperation.
* Responsible for preparing work schedules to ensure efficient functioning of branch.
* Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and coaching new team members, as well as monitoring/approving timesheets, managing attendance and overtime, promoting career development, progressive discipline, and conducting performance evaluations.
* Responsible for proper opening and closing of the branch, security, physical control and maintenance of the facility including equipment, supply inventory, control and individual accountability of cash and negotiable items, and timely completion of accounting and management reports.
