Commercial Sales Representative with strong project management skills and experience.
The ideal candidate must have the skills to balance and succeed over the lifecycle of projects dealing with every customer type successfully, instilling confidence and providing exceptional customer service to each customer type.
Focusing on large volume hospitality, multifamily, and commercial projects, specifying Arizona Tile products. Ability to service architects and design firms, hosting presentations, and providing in-person collaborative meetings.
Working with our largest commercial installers, developers, and general contractors to manage the supply of existing specifications and generate new opportunities.
Use proven skills to obtain construction leads and ensure the leads and specifications evolve into sales.
Develop new relationships within the commercial construction community.
Attend trade shows to represent the organization and engage in other marketing activities.
Position will be based in Anaheim and will require some instate travel; and may be necessary to attend trade shows nationwide several times per year.
Must be self-driven, extremely organized, and have high energy to be successful in the fast-paced business sector.

Job Requirements:

Have at least three years of experience working in the commercial construction industry with a project management role or higher.
Commercial project management experience. Preferably from either a General Contractor or large Sub Contractor (installer) background.
Ability to travel throughout Colorado.
Bachelors or higher degree in a related subject preferred.
Understanding of the tile and stone industry, preferred.
Familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements.
Well organized and self-disciplined.
Problem-solving skills with the habit of being proactive.
Strong social skills and ability to give presentations in front of large audiences.
Outstanding communication skills including verbal and written.
Intermediate computer skills including MS Outlook, Word and Excel.


Demonstrate a positive attitude of cooperation and respect
Comfortable with technology and working in the field.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a project.
Self-starter who proactively finds solutions to customers’ needs
Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking, and client/associate referrals.
Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve any potential concerns
Work together with fellow Company Reps and personnel.
