Job Description

Arizona Tile's branch located in Denver, CO is hiring for a Full-time Outside Sales Support position to support and facilitate the sales team. Sales Support Specialists assist the sales team in ensuring customers are satisfied with the company's level of customer service. They'll complete clerical and administrative duties for the sales team and managers, like scheduling appointments, creating quotes, answering customers' questions, and informing customers of their order statuses. They'll develop reports for the Sales Manager and Sales Director to review. Sales Support Specialists will also process various product or service orders and requests for rush orders. Must be self-motivated, disciplined, organized with high energy and a good since of time management. Salary Range is $50,000 to $70,000 per year.

Job Requirements:

Experience: Bachelor Degree or 2+ years’ experience with a proven track record of success in a similar industry or role.

Computer literacy: In addition to data entry and typing, Sales Support Specialists need to know basic spreadsheet and word processing creation software.

Time management and organization: These professionals use various organization methods, including calendar management, to handle multiple projects and complete tasks efficiently and quickly.

Customer service: Sales Support Specialists should have professional solid conversation etiquette, especially in person and over the phone, when interacting with company representatives, clients, and customers
.
Communication: Clear communication and the ability to explain concepts simply to help the customer work through problems and accurately describe products.

Problem-solving: These professionals should be able to use critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve issues with products and orders.

Ability to travel locally: It will be necessary sometimes to perform this role in the field, occasionally delivering samples to clients and assisting with meetings or presentations. Reliable transportation is required, with the ability to participate in a mileage reimbursement package.
