Outside Sales Support
Job Description
Arizona Tile's branch located in Dallas, TX is hiring for an Outside Sales Support position to support and facilitate the sales team. Outside Sales Support must continually look for new business opportunities for the company, develop, maintain and grow client relationships, use proven negotiation techniques to find equitable solutions for both parties, understand the customer's company structure and their business purpose, deliver accurate information to clients, and display attentive communication skills. Additionally, Outside Sales Support must also cooperate with other company sales reps and personnel, constantly seek out new information in: product knowledge, industry trends and market conditions, and participates in industry functions (home shows, professional association meetings, etc.).
Outstanding customer service skills.
Problem-solving skills with the habit of being proactive.
Outstanding communication skills including verbal and written.
Intermediate computer skills including MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
Must be able to lift/move up to 15lbs frequently and 25lbs occasionally
Develop, maintain and grow client relationships.
Actively promote the Company’s products and uphold the Company’s margin philosophies.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to provide proactively solutions to customers’ needs, after actively listening to customer’s needs.
Look for new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
Excellent communication with customers including; providing accurate information, skillful negotiations, timely follow up and/or problem resolution and ability to close the sale.
