Job Description
We are currently seeking a Sample Room Coordinator to work in our beautiful Houston Showroom. This is a must see operation. If you enjoy working as part of a team, are organized and detail oriented, then our company has just the position for you. You will be responsible for the coordination of samples of our tile and stone products that are arranged on display boards. Think of it as a library that needs to be maintained. You will be the backbone of the Showroom. You will ensure stock is on hand and is properly labeled so that samples can be distributed to customers for their decision making process. Additionally you will interface with our Outside Sales Reps on a daily basis. At times you will be expected to assist in the field with display setups.
Must have strong organizational skills
2+ years retail sales skills in professional environment
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. and frequently lift and/or move 50 lbs.
Good communication skills including verbal, written, computer and telephone
Must be a self-starter who proactively finds solution to challenges
Demonstrate a positive attitude of cooperation and respect
Ability to follow written procedures and verbal instructions
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Be organized and detail orientated

Job Requirements:
